Sorrow and relief

Scott's mom had been in bad health for some time; in addition to her lymphoma and various ongoing chronic issues, a series of infections had her in and out of the hospital. During the past few weeks she'd gone back into a care home to recover and get more physical therapy so she'd be better able to manage at home (though still with assistance).
