Picture of me (that's Brooke looking at the camera, who I met on the forum and who ended up being awesome - more later). Pic is blurry because camera was set for the stage:

Oliver was next to me and I said, "I look pissed! I need to look happy to be here." So I took another picture of myself, and this is a genuine smile. Giddy with excitement. Also, contrary to what this looks like, I wasn't actually at a rave.

V. The Show
At a little after 8 p.m., the show began! Since I have LOADS AND LOADS of pics to go through, I will just put little mini-thoughts with some of them and let the pics/vids speak for themselves. I apologize for my horrendous singing, but at least I was into it! I'm not sharing all the pics here because some of them are redundant and/or only really special to me, so here are highlights.
I originally embedded all photos into the entry, but there are just WAAAAY too many of them. Instead, you can view a plethora of concert pics here (they are in the same order I took them in; I took over 200, but only uploaded the best ones):
Photos from the concert start in the bottom row and continue for 6 pages.

I also took some video clips from the show. Scroll to the bottom of the EA playlist page linked below and view IN REVERSE ORDER. Start with "intro," then "4 O'Clock Clip," etc., ending with "I Know Where You Sleep". Make sure you watch the third "Dead Is the New Alive" one.
Seriously, the entire show was so much more than a concert. It was an experience. It was full of ballerinas, fire breathers, hula hoopers, stilt walkers, burlesque, pain, tears, and laughter. We got tea poured on us, crumpets thrown at us, and Capt. Maggot even crowdsurfed at one point. It was PHENOMENAL. I knew from other people's pics/vids I'd seen online that it would be good, but it was fucking amazing. There is no other word for it. It was like an asylum circus, and it was TOTALLY WORTH waiting six years for. Oh my god. It was utterly, bloody fan-fucking-tastic. What you miss out on here, with pics and vids, is how bloody brilliant the on-stage banter between EA and all the crumpets was. SO AMAZING.
And whenever Emilie reached out to the crowd, NO ONE PUSHED/SHOVED. It was AWESOME. Everyone was respectful and polite. :D
