Because I feel like it's easy to forget all the nuances once the season is over, I thought it would be nice to at least have a list of the things I liked about this season, in the hope that it'll help me remember them as time goes on. So without further ado:

HIIIIIIIIII lol i never comment on anyone's LJs ever anymore #worst but omg reading this post made me so happy, what a season it has been!

.....also now i'm sitting on my bed laughing maniacally about #notnecessarilycheeseburgers all over again at 3AM, how excellent :D

I have saved this post for weeks, to comment on, after I finally caught up on Worlds and WTT. (Yes, it took me THIS long!)

Anyway, this is an awesome post. I am going to save it to my own memories because it summarises so many great things about the season!

I totally agree with this:

2. Yuzuru Hanyu - Romeo and Juliet
3. Jeremy Abbott - Muse (although this entry is on the condition that he skates it well. At Nationals it was transcendent, at GPF it was just depressing.)

Those are two of my favourite programs for the year. Jeremy puts SO MUCH EMOTION into his program and when it's done well, it really hits me.

Davis/White - Die Fledermaus

I loved this one so much - it always brought me a huge smile.

Carolina Kostner's original free skate dress

What, she changed it? I did not realise this!

Room Beautiful was born

Dare I ask?

as you were always bound to walk past someone in the concourse.

Remember how several of us would 'do laps', just to see who we could see? ;)

Aww, that's really touching ♥ I'm glad if my rambly thoughts could touch on some of the things you loved about the season too!

Totally agree about D/W's Die Fledermaus - I believe I said on twitter at one point that the program is the embodiment of the :') emoticon, haha. Very happy and uplifting.

Re: Carolina's dress, she changed to the sparkly silver pantsuit at GPF and kept it for the rest of the season. The first dress will forever remain in my heart ;__;

Ahaha, Room Beautiful. That's just the name that me, swingopenup, buranko[err, she seems to have deleted her lj, but she's ellesare on twitter], and eachpeach came up with for ourselves when we roomed together at SC. I don't even remember why at this point, but we enjoyed calling ourselves that and the name just stuck. (We even made a joint twitter account! XD) At GPF, fortepiano ~officially joined Room Beautiful as well ( ... )
