An article came out in one of the local papers about my prenatal yoga classes! My phone began ringing this afternoon and has been fairly steady since. :) Maybe I'll make some money at this yet!

That is sooo cool!

I wish I would have known about yoga during my pregnancies, for it would have helped me with my backaches!

I need to find a yoga place in my area. Also, I am interested in acupuncture too. What should I look for when looking for either one of these things?

Depends on what your looking for in yoga. I personally am not comfortable with the Eastern mysticism that goes along with a lot of yoga classes. I approach it from a sport perspective. I do a meditation time at the end, but in a far different way than is traditional. Like a friend of mine who uses a video...the teacher intones, "I have the knowledge to heal my body..." My friend says, "God has the power to heal my body..." :) Look for someone who's got several years of experience, and see if their approach is one you are comfortable with ( ... )
