Well, kids, it looks like I'll be speaking before an AZ Senate committee on Monday. There is a bill coming up that negatively impacts midwives in this state, and we are going on the offense to get it killed. Good Luck Hun! I would say, imagine them all naked so your not nervous. But then again, these are probably stuffed shirts and not attractive, so imagine yourself blessed they are covered up I assume :)

Thanks! I can use all the encouragment I can get. Years of teaching childbirth classes, thereby being used to speaking in front of groups, should come in handy. But the gravity of this situation makes it very important that I not sound like an idiot.

Practice beforehand or have a 3x5 index card of key points you don't want to miss. That'll guarantee success. :)
