been sooo so busy lately doing lots of fun stuff.  i'm exhausted tho.  i need a vacation and, luckily it's just in time for the yoga retreat in the allegheny national forest at olmsted manor.  the yoga retreat is always amazing. the only downfall is that the manor is haunted so i rarely sleep while i'm there....especially since the most active
