My Masters degree came in the mail today! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!

My office-mate has taken another job in her department and is moving to a different building. I'm sad. I liked sharing space with her. We work for different departments, so our work wasn't directly related every day. We like the same music, have a similar sense of humor, and just really got along well. I took yesterday off, so I got a 4 day weekend. Needless to say I did not want to return to work today. I had to go to the dermatologist yesterday to get some bumps looked at (to make sure they weren't the beginning  of skin cancer). I made it to the beach Tuesday. It was REALLY hot and humid, but when the breeze came through it came off the water, so at least there was some relief. Today was kind of a lousy first official day of vacation. I had writer's block over the weekend and had a hard time editing my paper for what I'm hoping will be a final draft.
