So my "roommate" (who hasn't slept in the room for over a month) finally moved her stuff out yesterday.  Well,most of her stuff.  She left her two (2!) garbage can, full of soon-to-be smelly trash.  Frankly, I don't mind her stuff leaving.  It means she'll stop randomly appearing at odd hours to fetch things.  But she could at least have the ( Read more... )

Of course, those people exist in all sorts of places. The type that joins a club, runs for offices, just for something to put on a resume. I don't deal well with that type of person, and I know it.

Yech, that's annoying. Try interviewing some of them for a student job.

Not that CU is an Ivy League school, but I'm sure you know all about Boulder entitlement.

I think the most interesting thing about students being an undergrad at an Ivy league school, is where they go for grad school. Anything other than Ivy League would be a step down for them, and another Ivy League school would only be a lateral move. {shrug}
