You all know my stance on kids. I am not a big fan in general, and i have had no real intention of having any of my own

As the child of two older parents (they're in their 70's now) I never felt it was "unfair" to me or my parents, and they seem to share that feeling. The hard part really comes later, when you face the prospect of losing your parents earlier than most. Still, despite that I feel there are many advantages to having a child later in life, and I wouldn't have changed my lot for anything.
