After extensive research I'm pretty sure I have decided to get this:

The SCDS isn't bad... There are tons of arguments about which is better, the SCDS or the Cyclo, though personally, if I had to pick a higher end card, I'd go with the CycloDS. For the most part I still prefer the DSTT. It's simple, there's not a lot of extraneous features, but it's rock-solid reliable, so no lost savegames or anything, and I love the loading speed!

Also, there's a series of reviews at Gbatemp about which replacement casings are the best...it's a pain in the ass to take apart and swap the hardware over -- doable, but a pain -- and clear casings tend to accrue all kinds of dust and stuff inside... I settled for one of these things, which is cool because it not only protects the DS from damage, you can print out inserts and put them in it, to make it look like anything you want...

I have a few friends who had the older version of Supercard, and they said that they love theirs and wish they had the new one. I figured i would give it a try. I was going to get one of the two that you suggested, but they were only a few dollars cheaper than the higher grade cards.

I was going to get one of those clear snap on case things, but I decided against it, because the pink DS phanny pack was more of a draw to me. Do those cases make the DS any bigger? I was worried that if I got the case, that it would make the DS to big to fit into the phanny pack.

And its CLEAR too! If someone had that ds housing case, they'd be hot as shit! I'm so envious! I have to learn how to replace ds guts.
