When I was reading and watching Jin's WMG contract news, I know it can be new source for his haters to bash him for the rest of their life, but I can't help being proud of him. All I see is he has grown up from his frustration/depression of the Wonder thing, and started to take such thing in his own hand.

we have the same sentiments from the very beginning! it' JE's fault why jin had to be on his solo career! and this is the proof!

Thank you for writing this. With your words you have strengthened my trust in Jin. I know I shouldn't say this, but Johnny-san is somewhat a fool for not giving his top idols the freedom they need. If they have freedom, they can bring in even more money (if that's what Johnny-san cares about only).
Honestly, Jin&KT are the only one that keep me in the Jpop fandom and I'm not afraid to say it and I don't regret it either! But what is done, is done.

I will support him no matter what! (and I can't wait for his solo album <3)

that releasing-wonder issue used to be an annoying subject for me, especially after this feecell's interview when he talked openly about how
much he wanted to release it but there was no way due to their system rules

and yeah, i dont think he is a selfish for choosing his dream, because he
was going to wait forever if he haven't made a step and took the risks of it

i am proud of this guy, i love him and I CANT WAITTTT FOR HIS ALBUM AND SINGLE

I didn't know about the issue with Wonder so thanks for sharing that. What you have said makes a lot of sense, that Wonder was probably the trigger that set things into motion. However if not for Wonder, I still think Jin would have went solo eventually because like you said a lot of things surrounding JE is just too restrictive and I'm sure even more so when you are part of a group. For someone that has so many ideas music-wise and the talent to make those ideas a reality, I can't imagine singing someone else's song and occasionally writing a solo song would ever be satisfying enough for him

yeah he'll eventually go solo since he's very greedy in music which is by no means practical if he's in a JE group (in a YG group maybe).

I think he still had some hope in JE the time he's all working for Wonder...but JE just proved him wrong, so I took Wonder as a key to his new track.

Hopefully, at least I see more possibility for Jin now^^
