So, game starts in about 80 minutes, and the noise has been going up on my street for the last hour or so.
Should get really interesting this night, because just up the street (a block or so) is what passes as my city's Spanish-Mexican quarter. -

Updates on my life
Finished my first Sign Language course and can now proudly say that I am at an A1 level. More to follow in future semesters ( Read more... ) -
Languages
Learning Sign Language is awesome! The teacher is unable to hear so we had a translator for the first hour but after that we were on our own. Gestures and writing helped. And we had a working vocab pretty soon. Can't wait for the next weekend course on the 8./9. of May even though 13 hours of school on a weekend is exhausting ( Read more... ) -

Deutsch ist ne geniale Sprache
"verrückt" bedeutet, wenn man es genau nimmt, dass etwas (ein Gegenstand?) von Punkt A nach Punkt B bewegt wurde. Wobei die Bewegung genauer gesagt das über den boden schleifen/schieben meint.
Wenn man sich das mal so bildlich auf die anderer Bedeutung, also "irre" überträgt... -

I'm free!
So hell week is finally over and done with. Application should be in their postbox now, since I send it in on Sunday. My report was finished and printed two hours ago and I delivered it to my Profs postbox myself. Yay me!
Now I'll eat my lasagna, finally start on that book my sister send me ages ago and than I will sleep for at least 8 hours
