my writing has gone downhill ever since humanities core. i spent most of last week focusing on writing essays for the national science foundation fellowship. this fellowship is the only one i can apply for right now, considering i missed out on some other due dates and i'm not considered a minority for others. thursday was the worst day ever. i finally got into my japanese class. let's see how much i can pick up each week. it's great that i'm finally learning japanese, but i really need to stick to one language if i do ever want to become bilingual. my french has gone downhill and i still haven't advanced my spanish, so yeah. it's an ongoing process ( Read more... )

friday: i basically sat at my desk and graded practice reports that some of my students turned in. one guy did not follow the format at all and used first person (ie.
