So sorry to hear about your dog, darling. But I'm glad that things are starting to get ironed out with everything. Out of curiosity, was Maggie an Australian Shepherd? My best friend from high school has a dog that looks very similar to Maggie... *hugs*

Close, she was a Shetland Sheepdog. Shelties are awesome... a little smaller than the Aussies.

Cool. Yeah, my friend's dog is the runt of the litter so I always tend to forget she runs a bit smaller than average. Either, way very sweet goodnatured animals.

just two years ago i lost my childhood dog best friend, shiloh. she was 17 years old so she was old but it still hurt.

im sorry to hear about your loss and i hope you feel better soon. memories that come from amazing nonhuman companions such as her are not easily forgotten, so she'll be with you always.

Sorry to hear about your dog. My cat just had a stroke and is heading down the path of kindey failure, so I may be in the same boat as you in not too long.

Its been a long time since I've heard from you so I figured since I was doing one of those "Update for those who want to know" posts like you did here, I'd leave a comment for you.

I would say keep in touch, but we all know how well that works heh. Take care of you head Jo and good luck at the Tech
