I'm pretty sure it's not just for new releases, but I'm not sure if it's for ALL of them either. If you click the link, you can see which ones are listed (though I know 180 pages is a lot to go through, omg T_T). I guess you could also search if you're looking for something particular and see if it's 30%, bc it'll say. :)
