K....at least you are making a good start in trying to fix a stupid fight in the first place. but not all of us are atheist. me(and aaron i believe are agnostic,his might be a little different, not sure). and it didnt just happen overnight. it took time to evolve in our minds. it took learning about to stop. i was told my whole life that there was a god and everything. so it has to be a pretty strong belief for us to go agaisnt all that and not to mention our own families.

Just a simple question. Dou you choose to believe that there is'nt a god because of evidence that you have found or because you just don't want to. Because if you jsut don't want to, that just means your in denial. If it's evidence... can you show me? Thats why I want to discuss this. The reson that yall are agnostic might be becuase of a misunderstanding. And what kind of a friend would I be if I knew that you were wrong and didn't tell you. Don't answer right away.... just think a moment ( ... )

k..im not dissing your beliefs any. but for me, just saying that god put it there is not enough. there dosnt have to be a reason for everything. somethings just happen because thats how it is. and if you put a gun in the woods it could go off by itself. if its in the sun enough heat will cause the gunpowder to go off without you pulling the trigger. and you keep asking for proof that there is no god. thats not why i stand where i stand. i dont see any proof to where there is a god. i just dont want to base my life on a book that was written 2000 years ago. theres just to much stuff out there to say god did it. i believe we evolved into what we are. im not saying monkeys necessarily. but im not ruling it out because it is not proven either way. anything is a possibility. i dont believe everything has a purpose.
