Thank you's First off, I would like to thank tarwen-xoxo for helping me put these discussions together, and, also, thank you, distorted-mapi, for making beautiful graphics for each discussion. Thank you, girls. You two are awesome!
Did anyone hear the news?! Yoochun will be starring in a new drama in March. As much as I love watching him act, I love him as a singer and with Jaejoong and Junsu more. I hope JYJ has a comeback soon. I miss their singing.
oh my god! so soon! you know what kind of drama? Probably we will see them together in the summer for the new album .... I hope! maybe a world tour! awww I like that Yoochun should release a song * ^ * I miss his voice!
Yoochun should/might be heading to Cuba for vacay. (<.< why Cuba..?) But he should also be putting in some time in the music studio! xD (he did book some sessions to be in there^^ )
Spoilers This is the second drama I've seen where the two main leads got married by themselves in a church without any witnesses, nor a pastor to marry them. Can that even be considered a legal marriage in Korea if there are no witnesses or pastor to marry them?
Marriage is a civil procedure in Korea, and performing a religious ceremony only does not constitute a legal marriage. For marriage to be legally must report and register your marriage to the appropriate civil authorities. The marriage by themselves in a church I think it's just symbolic ^ ^
Yea! I was wondering that when I was watching it! Who would ordain them??
But then again, HJW+LSY wanted to get 'married' on the day of the first snow! Of course their wedding ceremony had to be impromptu. They would have a set date for the ceremony but would have to legally finalize their marriage license another day.
Did anyone notice that Lee Su Yeon's ID she got for "being brought back to life" was dated 2013.01.17 -- the day the ep21{final) aired?
And since that flash-forward was 10 months later; then that would mean the storyline originally took place between Jan-Apr 2012? Which doesn't make sense because they had a Christmas holiday in some eps! = =
[yea, I'm looking into it too much but it's the first time I've ever noticed a big mistake in a drama!]
Although I didn't want HJW to die, Yoochun's hope(prediction) had me expecting it to be a tragic end.
I'm glad the foreshadowing previews in ep1 all was reenacted and played out. not exactly in the fashion and perfect style I thought it would. (Yes, the pointing gun and running away from police was a great reenactment but the warehouse scene, it kinda bothers me that instead of there being a headshot wound it was a backshot [which meant his heart o.O how did HJW survive that?!]. Not that I wanted HJW to die or be shot in the head, but it felt that the writers kinda chicken/cop-out that bit [for the viewers])
I like the wedding scene, as illogical it was kind of. It's cute HJW was nervous and almost walked down the aisle as the bride. xD (backtracking, their proposal scene was adorbs; how both of them wanted to do ask the other :') )
And overall yes, bittersweet ending because it's over ;-;
I was a little disappointed, b/c I was SO prepared for a sad ending! Especially with all of the hints they've been giving the viewers that a sad ending is the more logical ending, and then they had to go make it end like that!? Grrr. I do like the ending; it's just that I preferred a sad ending more.
When JW got shot, I thought it was a little odd that he just lay there with his eyes open. Shouldn't he be in more pain/agony? I don't know. I guess everyone reacts differently to being shot.
Oh, yeah, and the police action in the drama were disappointing. I watch CSI: Miami and The Mentalist, so I know what cops and detectives should be doing and saying at moments like those in the drama.
IKR?! But I have to accept the ending.. ;-; (If I want a sad ending when I rewatch the drama again in the future, I'll probably just stop right before the sketcher-wheeling hospital scene)
I don't know how a person shot would react but I assumed he and his body was in shock so that's why he laid there still, not screaming in agony, and with eyes wide open
Oh yea that, forgot about mentioning my opinions on that I too was disappointed, that's why it's not such a memorable scene for me. How some of the police officers acted were stupid (really, why you rolling down the car window when LSY said stop?! it's obvious she's scared of Harry so stop rolling it down more!) Only thing good about the police action was Yoochun/HJW's back kick! xDD I replayed that repeatedly over and over! xDD
So I agree, all my experiences watching CSI(Miami, NY), Law & Order, Mentalist (just started watching a few eps! x)) made my expectations fail. Then again, this is Kdrama; not as high quality as American shows...
