last time i went to the doctor it was for a physical, and i waited a half-hour to get in, then spent nearly two hours in that little room reading and rereading the depressing wall posters. then, the doctor came in and asked if i'd been having any earaches lately, and it was over.

my physical was long, awkward and painful.

Mainly because I had a killer leg cramp and didn't want to stand up, because the doctor would probably think I was stealing stuff.
