I don't think it's too late, but you need a letter of rec. from a counselor or teacher. You go there to this small one story building next to the admissions/registration beuliding and there's this guy who specializes in high school students that take classes there. You talk to him, fill out a form (you should have a parent with you because they have to fill out the entire back-side of the sheet). Then you wait to get tour ID and Pin in the mail and then you can sign up.
Because you'd be a new student the earliest you can actually sign up for classes is Sept. 6, but you need your ID and Pin to do that, and it takes a couple of days to get them through the mail.
