so... tortilla cassarole. shreding chicken is a pain in the ass. i have no idea what to do with the rest of the can of chipoltle in adobo sauce. the meal itself was chippy, since it called for 1/3 of a bag of tortilla chips. and it made a lot. tasty, with just a little heat from the aformentioned chipoltle ( Read more... )
