If you lodge a complaint that she makes you uncomfortable (you know, by being homophobic) that will probably go on her employment record. Given that she isn't exactly a team player to begin with, when cuts come around, she might be out of there. And her little mullet too.
And I'd be pissed and wanting to shout too. But keeping it classy and professional--and utilizing harassment procedures in cases of homophobia--is the way to go.
