Today I had my first official observation by a Montclair associated person. I wasn't nervous per se, but there was a sense of awareness that he was in the room and paying attention to the things I did, what I said, and how I acted/reacted with the students ( Read more... )

Wow, you got observed early! O_O Then again, I'm in the process of getting my placement switched (@_@), so I'll be waiting a bit for my first observations.

yeah it was a bit early, but also my mentor is going on vacation to Vietnam or something, so he is going to be gone for a while.

So if you're getting switched, are you just chilling in the Village all day long?

I did today, but I'm gonna go to my old placement tomorrow for the last time, then meet with my new co-op on Friday. Gonna be in Bloomfield this time around, and this guys seems REALLY legit :3 Annnnd it's a real ESL class, so hooray for that! 8D
