thepiratebay.org > limewire. also, you will get a virus, not maybe. Plus it's alot easier to get caught by isps that way. Any good torrent client will encrypt the traffic for you.

yeah, def on the viruses. all file sharing programs are susceptible... but as long as you have an anti-virus program running it should be good :)
