Jan 09, 2010 20:10

Hello everyone! This is a little project I had been setting up for awhile called "The Softest Pillow" fanfic series dedicated for a certain Inoue Mao whose birthday is today and is featured in a majority of these fics. This series is more a collection with one unifying theme: various Mao/Arashi pairings and how I imagine them getting over things ( Read more... )

I Love thm all! But to talk about favorites, i'll point at the Ohmao one. It was so simple and random and i could really picture it, i can really see it.

And you saved the bestest best for last! I am going to wait patiently for my 2 favorite pairings! <3

I miss you and your writings! <3 But can i ask about your current mood? Why are you sick?

I had a stuffy nose, but it was runny or anything... my boyfriend claimed it's probably some kind of head cold. The stuffy nose is kinda gone now, but now I have something else. Some weird... dizzying thing. I think it's my anemia... which would explain why I've been so tired recently besides being emotionally drained more recently. But enough sadness! Haha! I should be fine if I get more iron in my system.

Anyway, thank you very much, Mae.

Here's your belated, belated birthday gift and Maomiya:

Wow these are so great...
Loved the Ohmiya even if it lacks Mao. xP
I think...my favorite so far would have to be OhnoMao...(though I love the dork that is Aiba). It's subtle and calm and sweet and totally unusual.
Thanks for sharing these and can't wait for, well, what I'm waiting for. MaotsuJun and MaoMiya. ♥

Thank you so much for the review. ^_^

Yay for MaoOhno attention! ^_^ I have a serious soft spot for this pairing, I'm glad it's your favorite. I also like how you described it as "sweet and totally unusual." That's exactly them, isn't it?

Sorry I stumbled on here through Tammy's LJ, but I want to say that I really like reading your fics. Mao x Arashi are just too adorable.

I think my favourite would be a tie between AiMao and ShoMao. There's just so much unspoken between the two pairs. But because I'm slightly Sho-biased, I would have to vote for Sho. I've rarely seen that side of him brought out, but it's actually quite charming. =)

Please don't apologize! <3 Thank you so much!

AiMao and ShoMao! Haha, I'm surprised AiMao is getting quite a bit of attention. ^_^ Thank you. And I agree, a serious Sho is charming.

If you're still interested in this series... I just finished the Maomiya pairing:

I like the last three fics but leaning towards the AiMao.

OhMao fic was free flowing. Typical of Riida to be shy but he warmed to Mao immediately, must be her charm. I like the easy conversation that flowed between them.

ShoMao - It was something that I can easily picture Sho would do basing on his character. He's someone who's really sweet and caring. It touched me, the history of their friendship was laid out nicely that it made perfect sense for Sho to be there when she needed him.

AiMao - Aiba's natural sweetness made me all fuzzy. I love the light conversion they have and how the underlying attraction between them was subltly played out. Aiba's line which says " Just say you're with me", made me smile; along with the babbling...hehehe. Messing with Jun is a plus.

But MaoMiya still on top for me. I miss reading about them, so I'm definitely looking forward for this one.

AiMao love! hahaha <3 Thank you for your review. I was worried that the "Just say you're with me" might be a little out of character, but Aiba's bold enough to do that. Besides, sometimes he doesn't think before he speaks. ^-^()
