Go Puerto Rico! I was uber surprised when I saw that, considering U.S. has like the best basketball team EVER. They won the Gold Medal in 2000 back in Sydney. I want to go to Sydney...

But Canada has been steadily winning events, like Beach Volleyball and swimming and suchness! YAY!! Go us!

...I don't care who wins as long as is not US because uhm...I think they are all ready too cocky. Especially in the Wlcoming ceremony...the stupid NBC thing that's giving us the broadcast only let Puerto Rico be in like 5 seconds and then cut to the US team recording something in their cameras.

The Canada team is cool.

In case you haven't noticed, I'm pretty sure NBC is American. The Canadian one that I watch, CBC, only talks about the Canadians there. So it'll show a hundred Canadians doing gymnastics before it shows one "other" person doing anything... It's kind of stupid. I liked it better last time. MUCH better.

Well yes I admit...but when NBC KNOWS that they are also broadcasting to OTHER places that are not US (and when their own country is very uhm full of different people from all over the world) thei I think they should have not stopped the Puerto Rican team walk in and cut it to show a girl recording something...

Because really is not that I'm WATCHING NBC because I want to is because the channel that's giving the Olympics here has a contract with NBC...and they are so angsty calling it a monumental defeat...

Go PR! I can't stand the american basketball teams, olympics or nba. They don't have a good olympic team this year though, they don't have much experience on the team.
