Okay. X) I update way too much for my own good, but I was wondering if anybody could please help me with some advice. I'm going to a murder mystery party next week, which is totally freakin' awesome because I've always wanted to go to one. The instructions so far are:
You are a pop singer who has recently split from her girl band 'Angels'. You

But onto the shoes: Could you get some of those cheap sequin-covered (gold or silver depending on co-ordination) ballet pumps, that you can pick up at loads of shoe shops for a snip?? Most angelic footwear I can think of, except some of those cool killer heels I always see in Schuh that are see-through Perspexy-stuff. But I think sequiny pumps? I think they'd go with white tights ok. I thiknk white tights would be wicked, but perhaps the really cool lacy ones in white, so you're not a complete block of white? You could perhaps even get matching gloves in white lacy stuff. I'm sure somewhere like Claire's will have that kind of thing.
Sorry, got a tad carried away with that...

..aww man, it would have been so freakin' fun if you could be there! i'm all disappointed now. TEH SUCK. but thank you for the fashion tips! definitely going to go with some lace, whatever the shops'll throw at me. X3 actually, might go with the cool killer heels too, but if they fail to be located and purchased, i've got pumps as back-up. AWESOME.
ooo. warning: i'm gonna come stalk you in Clarence to look at all your pretty new clothes! have your wardrobe ready!
mmm, clothes.

Damn I wish I could've gone, but then again I think it would've been a bit of a trek to get there, and I think it's a bit too late notice... Oh well, I'll have to find raving Caterham people to hang out with...
What day is her actual bday, so I can wish her happy birthday?

you're right, it's going to be quite the expedition trying to get there. Essex, where's that? is it somewhere down south..? haha, it's like DoE all over again. but it won't be the same without you there. :(
and oh, her birthday's on the 22nd, so we've got ages yet!

uh, normally i'd agree with shosto on this but i reckon you'd be better off in white ankle high boots with no tights. you have hot legs, and i think if you go for the tights-and-sequinned-pumps look you might just end up looking more like the fairy on the top of a christmas tree rather than a pop star dressing up as an angel.
but i don't know. X) i don't think it matters too much, so long as you ham up your acting part as much as possible.
but omg! i wanna go! have fun, and you look hot. :D

No white tights. If tights, they have to be white fishnets. And uh, I agree with lottie, white boots are good, or if you can find them, white PVC heels/platforms. Yeah.
Have fun! Tell us all about it when we get back, yeah?

so, white boots/heels it is! and no white tights. aww.. dammit. ^^;; Spittlefields might have some angelic footwear- it's like Camden, but less Goth, more Boho and they sell organic falafel. now i've got an excuse to go back into London! w00t!

i also dont think white tights would be good. fishnets would be nice too, but they snap quite easily...
as for shoes, if you cant walk in stilettos (which you know is my absolute fav. ;) ) i'll go with trisha's suggestion on platforms. or relatively chucky heels. they dont necesarily hv to be white, it might be a little too matching. maybe gold? silver? or even red if you feel like it!
bottom line is you need to be comfortable and be able to walk in them ^^ hv fun!

..that's such a good point. i didn't consider practicality. ^^;; oh dears, not even my school shoes have heels, jumping straight into the skycrapin' realms of stilettos may be somewhat detrimental to my health. but red, you can really have RED...? that's so cool!
