I've been pondering this for time. Why is it people only base their opinions on a bands looks or who they are partial to because of how they were treated. I know lots of people who are like I don't care for said band or have lost interest because of stuff I heard. Classic example is because their band is competing with another band. So...since

i symphatize with you... i have a friend that really base the music that she like with the looks of the band... i prefer the music rather the looks... if they have the music and they also have the looks then that would be just an added bonus... *grins*

Exactly. I mean don't get me wrong were all human. It's only human nature to base an opinion on looks or whether your attracted to the person, but to use that same way of thinking for a band?! People you probably will either never meet or never have the time of day with anyway. The band themselves pride themselves on their talents and music....if their a real band that is serious. If you think about it...most indies bands start out visual to get the attention and than move onto more basic appearances once they become major. Wow....this turned into more of a novel than a response. *L* Glad to see that others feel the same way I do.

yeah it's true!!!! every band that i know of started out as visual then they will decided if they will still become a visual band or not... i understand that the indies band are becoming visual because they are in need of promotion and they must look their very best... but come to think of it, not all visual bands really suit their style and they are not *really* attractive with all the paint in their faces and leather.... *lol*
