why isn't everyone nice and gentle and loving??? Aaaah~ This is the ideal world, ne~ It'd be really great if everyone is sensitive to other people's feelings and cares as much as we think we do... But it's so sad that this is not the case~ (;_;) It's saddening how some people do not exert much effort and also do things for the sake of doing it, while some people on the other hand work hard and give their best in everything~ *sighs*
But I guess this is a challenge for you (and me as well as my team's supervisor)? Please don't give up~! (*o*) Especially if you know that what you're doing is for the betterment of everyone! It's hard but don't let the people who don't do their job well affect you (or dishearten you), it should be the other way around! (^w^) Influence them to work hard, I'm sure you can do it!!! (^0^)/*
awh~~ I'm sorry too! for always letting you see the sad posts. but thanks for your encouragement :) I guess im pretty well now, I just wanted to rant so this post was up, xP today was also an irritating day. hahaha. but oh well... I could only accept it. :D I don't know if I can influence people to work hard since they don't see me at work. they are sort of at the front desk but I'm at the back. but I hope something hit them and wakes them to take ownership in their work. *screams* but maybe they could have tried their best? just tt I didn't see it. LOL. AHHHH. I shall post some happy post next time xD

I guess im pretty well now, I just wanted to rant so this post was up, xP today was also an irritating day. hahaha. but oh well...
