Well all this week I've had PDAS training and I'm really tired of it all. At least the district isn't leaving me out in the cold and are training all new teachers classroom management. I feel sorry for the new graduates from UTEP. Some of them haven't a clue of what to do. Like my studies from Region 19 have said Bad classroom behavior starts from
