Today I was kidnapped by the freight elevator. At least that is the best explanation I can come up with ("best" in this instance perhaps meaning "best story" rather than "most logical"). It's a very ancient elevator, often out of service and which once burnt out its light when I was riding in it, leaving me and my fellow passenger stumbling
