The landlord has been doing interesting things my metal fire escape/back stairs, including (but not limited to) welding metal plates over some of the rusty holes that have appeared over the years, blasting out new holes with power washing, welding over a couple more holes, and embellish the remaining holes with a fresh coat of paint so they be all

landlord zeal is not often something to be excited about.
it's very funny that they give out neighborhood t-shirts and you got the wrong neighborhood. what a silly place you live in!
