I am thinking about quitting work. I get too angry about little things (as well as big things, such as golfers) and my wrath carries over into my life. One might think that's a lame reason to quit a good paying job, but James 1:20 says "the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God," so I'm gonna have to say that's a fantastic reason ( Read more... )

Well, the jazz combo is more of a workshop, so there isn't a concert under the school name. We might play at a pub or someplace at the end of the summer. As for the percussion ensemble, the concert is July 26.

Everywhere I look, I see golf. I can't escape it. The newspaper on the floor that my cat craps on has an ad for golf clothes. When I was playing paintball in the woods, I found a golf ball. The television was showing golf, too! I think I will toss my wookiees the next time I see something about golf.

Hmm..I don't know if any of the concerts are on the weekends. I know the percussion ensemble concert is on a Thursday night (July 26)..but the jazz combo doesn't have any scheduled concerts. It's more of a workshop. I'll keep you posted, though. And you can still come visit if you'd like! Well, I don't know how far away you are, but I'm always up for hanging out.

A golf course. It's a good job, but I just get a little angry at times. It's gotten better recently.
