Um, I hate to be ungrateful, but it's pointless to start this type of journal if you don't bother to send out anyone's requests. At least warn us before you go on hiatus.

No, it is ungrateful. This person has sent out hundreds upon hundreds of messages. She/He shouldn't have to warn you before leaving. It's not like you are paying for it. They're doing you a service for free.

I'm sorry if I am coming off as snappy, but I've had this person send out so many sweet messages to people, and it really meant a lot to them. If he/she needs a break, I feel they deserve it.
