Of course they're inevitably growing closer -- because this kind of sex does bring people closer, whether they like it or not. There is complete lack of knowledge, then a little knowledge. There is Bellamy's sudden, irrational desire to satisfy her (NOW I WANT A SEPARATE FIC ABOUT BELLAMY'S ATTITUDE TO RAVEN'S ORGASMS).

My favorite thing is how he silently develops a need of Raven. It's something that doesn't even show in narration, but it progresses until he finds himself in her tent. He doesn't think about it, doesn't self-reflect, he just needs, and impulsively acts on the need.

I feel like Bellamy's "sorry" right after their sex scene, is pretty much testament to the "bringing closer" part of it. It's an inevtiability to allowing yourself to be vulnerable? Especially since she contextualized it through Finn/Clarke instead of just demanding it. (Although I feel like it was because she couldn't hold it in and not necessarily because she wanted him to know.)

Impulsive is kind of my understanding of Bellamy; sometimes he's the one who thinks it out, but often he goes by gut feeling (which, then it's immaterial, that it may turn out to be right) and sometimes by caution. He's a mess of contradictions too (like Raven <3), which makes him so interesting!
