I had no idea you wrote a bunch of these! I got into life with derek really late and read all of yours on ff (I think that's where they were) and LOVED them. wowp is also a guilty pleasure of mine :) there is so much more here I want to read! but I've got family in town so it will have to wait for next week. alas.
Hahaha, I am so embarrassed by a majority of these really, I think I should've put a Warning: Do Not Read sign next to the links.I want to go and edit EVERYTHING, but it'll take so long, so I just ignore them. But yeah, LWD was my fandom for so long and I've read so much fantastic fic for it, that I'll never really get completely over it! (And Justin/Alex as well, kids <3)
I don't know what it is about the show but of all the fandoms I've ever been in, LWD has some of the BEST fic. and like, consistently good fic. there just aren't that many terrible fics in that fandom, at least not that I stumbled across. VM is a close second but man, you'd never think of a kids show on Disney as the inspiration that launched thousands of beautiful pieces of prose.
eta: aww, look at all the l/v kissing. the best logan and veronica are the ones that are smushing their faces together.
I LOVE how people are consistently surprised by the LWD fandom. It's like I was trying to get my entire flist into it and whoever ended up reading fic (or people who I met on LJ who used to watch it) are just always like "HOW DOES THIS FANDOM HAVE SO MUCH EPIC FIC" and there's really...no answer? It just does, somehow. And there are some that are very OOC, but they're not bad fics, per se, just a darker, non-canon interpretation. And the good stuff is SO FREAKING GOOD that it still has some of my favorite fics of ALL TIMES.
The VM fandom is beautiful, just beautiful. It's been so long since I shipped something popular, that all the fic is making me insanely happy.
L/V SHOULD JUST SPEND ALL THEIR TIME MAKING OUT SRSLY. They do it so well, it's ridiculous. And the way Logan just keeps kissing the top of her head as well, and how affectionate he is with her, just, guh.
So, I was going through all of your tvd fics and realized that that is one of the fandoms that you haven't really written anything thing remotely incestous for which is quite surprising because this fandom has so much incestual subtext s far as Klaus/Rebekah are concerned. Sure, it probably does get over-shadowed by klaroline but I just think that you are capable of writing them really well because you seem to have a really great grasp over characterizations, I read 'the map is not a territory' and rebekah's characterisation in it strikes a cord in me because it is so true and genuinely heartbreaking, the same goes for Klaus in most of your fics. So, if you are still accepting prompts or writing fics. I'd love to leave you one for Klaus/Rebekah

Haha, you are very correct about all the subtext, and though I haven't ever seen The Originals, I hear there's a lot going around on there too; so much so that it's less subtext and more just...actual text.
Thank you for being so complimentary, very nice of you, really. The reason I haven't written any Klaus/Rebekah is because I'm not very individually invested in the characters; I find it easier to write Caroline/Anyone because my level of investment in her is very high; besides I think Klaus/Rebekah is very historically situated and I don't want to trip up on accuracy of details and things. But I LOVED writing Rebekah in the map is not and I do adore her in general, so I'm glad the characterization worked for you.

Hello! I still watch TVD, but yeah, I'm not into D/E anymore unfortunately :( I kind of got caught up in other things- Veronica Mars, for instance- so my TVD watching is very casual/low-investment these days.
