Wish I could say I haven't been in that boat before. At least, I get the impression you guys aren't exactly tripping over red tape. It could be worse.

Thanks! I'll keep an eye out for them. I kinda wanna know what I'm getting into before I'm knee-deep in it, if you know what I mean. Plus, there's nothing wrong with establishing a good rapport with the people you might be taking care of.
