And O'Brien had Howie's Inmate's ability, and both she and Adam had their powers restored when Bel and Alastair did a month ago, so it can be narrowed down even further than that.

Yeah, that one concerns me. And the fact that it was a Warden when they'd only previously been targeting Inmates. The first time, it makes sense. The Wardens here are all operating at full power anyway, but why would you want to make a Warden more powerful, even if it's a really useless power?

I'll keep you and everyone else posted in my findings.

Do you know anything at all about people with strange abilities? This kind of thing wasn't normal where I'm from, so while I can go through the motions of a basic investigation, I'm not sure what I'm looking at exactly.
