To put it as tactfully as possible: there's nothing there to review. You haven't yet progressed to the point of actual content. Your own header not only suggests nobody would ever want to read 'this crap', but contains a typo in doing so.

Sounds like you use your journal as an outlet for things that confuse or worry you, which is fine. But actual writing requires at least some thought and care put into the composition (and yes, that includes grammar and spelling).
