So my mom's friend Mike rents an apartment on Pleasant Street. It's three buildings in from the corner of Comm Ave. I called him today and he said he'd think about not renewing their lease in May. It's three bedroom for $1850. He pays for heat but we have to pay for electricity and gas. And we have to buy our own furniture. Oh, and I have to get my parents to agree. And he has to consult his wife. But maybe... Mommy seems ok with me living off campus if it makes sense monitarily. And I wanna live with you!
