it is true. a best buy service plan goes into effect as soon as the manufacturers warranty expires. this gives you 2-4 years of extra coverage against damage that is considered normal wear and tear.

which i understand BUT the problems i had were things that the sprint warranty does NOT cover... to which is the responsibility of best buy... but your fags kept hanging up on me and transfering me to other people.
