doopdeeboop, I am the advice turtle, here to dispense advice:
Do what YOU want. If it's a degree in English- go for it. There's nothing wrong with not being motivated to do something about which you are not passionate. I personally *always* saw you as the English major type myself.

And for reapplying, finding a new school, etc- it's not so bad. Zach did it. Kyle did it (so I've heard). Lots of people have done it. You can, too. (ps- come to Ohio State, it will be _awesome_ )

As far as your family's arguement, what good is money if you are miserable?

i concur!

c'mon kels! your mother let someone else pick her major!! do you REALLY want to end up like her?? miserable??? not to mention insane....

do pharmasutical sales only if you really really want to do it. screw the "opportunity". pick something youll love, something you wont regret. whats money any way?? just little pieces of paper....

Aw, honey. No matter what you decide to do, I know that you will give it your all and that you'll make it work. There are pros and cons both to pursuing the BS and to transferring schools, and I don't know what to tell you to do; only that whatever you choose, I'll always be there, somewhere, for you Oscar.
