I've been waiting for years for somebody to post this to Youtube.  One of the most surreal experiences of my life was when I watched my uncle do this workout years ago.  Apparently you exhale to the point of nearly passing out (which explains the facial expressions).

Great to see you Angeleno types this past week.  Any trip that includes Metal Skule with Brooke and Thomas and shrimp con queso with Bankston has to be counted as a good one.  I miss everyone there, and I'm so glad there are enough things going on to keep me coming back pretty regularly.
