so ms. duffy pretty much tore me a new one when i told her i was gonna be away for the week before christmas break but whatever. it's totally gonna be worth it. i started reading heart of darkness so that i won't be as far behind as she thinks i'm going to be, and i hate it a whole lot. it's starting to get a little interesting but i still hate it
