Generally, the prohibitions on streaming is the reproduction of the track you purchased a license to use. eg, reproduction in full.

Read the license a bit more thoroughly and check. You'd have to contact the original artist's record label if you wanted to reproduce more than 5 seconds of the original song, lyrics and all.

Fair use dictates that you don't copy the material in it's entirety, and to not misrepresent it as being the original material. Check out information on Weird Al.
