Wishing is stupid.
I made wishes that we be together forever.
I made a wish on the first rainbow we saw together.
I made a wish at the Trevi Fountain in Rome.
I made a wish on my birthday.
I made a wish on every 11:11 I chanced upon.
But none of them worked.
Because you are still gone. And we are both not together still. Not together forever.

Just because.
People always ask "How are you?" As a form of formality. They only want to hear "I'm fine." or "I'm ok." I once read somewhere that you only have approximately 90 seconds if you do want to say anything apart from "I'm ok." before the other person's attention is already on something else. The wedding tonight was pretty. And weddings suddenly make me want to cry. I miss you b. I think back to how you asked me about how our own wedding should be like and what ring and proposal I would expect and it makes me feel like breaking down. I miss you so much it hurts. My mummy said it was you who taught me to grow up. I became a proper adult. I lost all my childishness with you. So why couldn't we grow old together now? Why did you leave before me when I always told you that I had to go before you?

I never wanted a rich man with me. I was never that type of girl.
All I wanted was someone who was willing to work hard. Who had ethics and morals.
Someone whom I could work hard together with. Someone I could see a safe and stable future with.
