Echinacea, golden seal, Vitamin C, Vitamin A. Though these tend to help more in the early stages of getting sick, they can boost your immune system a bit while you fight off a cold too.
Tea with peppermint in it helps clear sinuses. If you can find a mint tea that also includes the aforementioned vitamins and supplements, all the better.
Try to get as much sleep as possible. If it comes down to you going out and having fun or sleeping, choose sleeping, because it might be better to miss out on one night so that you feel better for the rest of the week.
That's all I can think of that's helped me when I'm sick. Other than nice friends bringing/making me chicken soup and movies to watch. =)
