My Grandfather on my father's side passed away tweo nights ago. I am happy that he was able to live a good long life of 86 years. Yes, he does see you, and is close by.
I thank him for all the gifts he has given you, especially his encouragement and understanding - rare and beautiful things in this world. You are indeed most fortunate to have a relative like him (as is he). Yes, I would like to hear his stories. I'm sure my admiration for him will grow even greater.
I have put his name in a golden candle to honour him and will sing for him, tomorrow. If there are other things he would appreciate, please let me know.
