My Grandfather on my father's side passed away tweo nights ago. I am happy that he was able to live a good long life of 86 years. He wasa very good, kind, compassionate man you was talented in many ways. He valued his peace very much and served in the military in W.W.2. He served in both the army and either navy or marines. what a wonderful tribute you have written... and what a heart wrenching loss even while you understand the blessing of the ending of a struggle. My heart goes out to you... and I humbly pay tribute to another compassionate giant who will surely be missed in this world.

This is a beautiful tribute to a man you obviously love very much. Thank you for sharing him with us today. One of these days I will see you again, and we must trade family stories.

Yes, he does see you, and is close by.

I thank him for all the gifts he has given you, especially his encouragement and understanding - rare and beautiful things in this world. You are indeed most fortunate to have a relative like him (as is he). Yes, I would like to hear his stories. I'm sure my admiration for him will grow even greater.

I have put his name in a golden candle to honour him and will sing for him, tomorrow. If there are other things he would appreciate, please let me know.

How is your ada doing? Please, hug him for me, when you see him next.

I am happy however, you see all this in a positive light. That is the best way to, it's true.
