Re: It's called spell check, dumbass. Learn to use it. Or learn how to spell/type properly.celebnaurOctober 9 2008, 13:23:21 UTC
I've been having a stressful and turbulent several months... kind of at a point where didn't really want to talk to may people. however, I think recently, I've been getting a lot better. You know bluer skies? that sort of thing.
anyway, that's awesome you went sailing! I went to Tall Ships a while back, and they had signs up to sail around to Hawaii and Florida. let's see, ah here is one of the links that talks about the HMS Bounty: http://www.tallshipbounty.org/ pretty awesome. I was very close to going, but they would set sail almost the next day which was too soon for me.
Well, it's not that I don't want you to send me post cards, I just don't want you to call me at 8:40 in the morning on a Sunday...might not have been so bad if I hadn't been at a wedding the night before and had four glasses of wine. :\ That is, if it's the reason why you're questioning sending me post cards of not, which was me cranking at you when you called me last week.
Also, is your ex-girlfriend the right person to be sending post cards to? *folds arms, scowl* I DO hope you put at least one in the mail with mine and sent that to your Mom or Dad, and you've been keeping in contact with your family, and that you're keeping that as a priority. They'd probably be happier to hear from you than I am.
Yea, of course I have sent my parents post cards! "Also, is you ex-girlfiend the right person to be sending post cards to?" I feel and think that it is just fine. Of course I have thought about not sending post cards for such stupid reasons as that we are no longer dating. But I still consider you a friend, obviously. Yet that's why I am asking you. Because if you are uncomfortable with it then fine. Take care and enjoy life.
It's something else that is an underlying issue that I'm truly uncomfortable with, and the postcard you sent me is just an affirmation. We'll talk later about that. I'd like to be able to tell you in person because you are NOT going to like what I have to say, but talking to you over the phone is the closest I can come to, so I'll call you later sometime within the next few days.
Well, I hope that whatever it is helps when it is shared and out in the open. But I am not going to deny or hide the fact that I am sorry about thinking that I provoked this or am the cause of the issue. I do also have the feeling that this is not somehow going to have the desired effect that it is entended. But I will hope that it directs to the most good as can be.
I saw buffaloes mating, today. The elk are singing, and even the zebras are, uh, vocalising. The mountains seem to be etched into the sky more sharply by the day. Snow, soon. I am getting that desire to gather wood and store food that I always get this time of the turning.
Your brother is so fine. I relish his comments, in general, but the story of the sailor's adventure was extra amazing. Whew. I hope he composes a song about it.
Good journey to the mountains. Say hi to the wolves and the horses, especially Magic. Talk with you, soon, Melan le, ~ Orodriel
