Citizens are so gullible.
Are those flying things the new tyrants now?
The Stewards destroyed the building of those 'deities' and you rejoiced. They offered a deal and you rejected them. They retaliate and you war with them.

Still breathing. What happened to you?

There are a lot of factors to consider. One is the exhaustion rate of our forces and theirs. We don't even know if those Stewards do get exhausted. Two, we have limited resources, human and tactical. We can't point the exact number of Stewards remaining in the ships, and they also have those lasers. That's just two of many.
We have an advantage of the underground, with the addition of their fear to it. But with their main base in the sky and ours below ground, it's not much help.
As for those flying things, they seem to be against the Stewards and that's a welcome relief. But it's not a total relief since we don't know if they're on our side.
[ooc: A bit too much ramble.]
