Happiness is a physical and mental sensation, as in physically feeling content and mentally having a positive state of mind. I don't know if that's a great definition, but I know I'm happy when mentally my thoughts tend towards the positive and optimistic rather than the negative, but I also feel that contentment physically.
When are you most happy?
I'm most happy when I feel as though I've just accomplished or decided something important, when I'm laughing and amused especially in the company of friends, or when something in particular makes me feel good about myself as a person.
Are there any changes you could make in life to become a happier person? Please explain.I'd be happier if I took more risks and was less guided by fear, and if I was a more active person. For me, most unhappiness results when I'm not content but I don't do anything to change it, something as simple as being bored but not getting out of bed and finding something to do, or something as complex as being unsatisfied with a ( ... )

When...?: When I am watching LOST. Alt.: When I am having a generally good day free of snags or immediate troubles.
Changes: Life is unpredictable, and thus it is hard to say how changes I'd make would result in happiness. However, were I to change my current situation of obligation and constriction to a freer, more goal-oriented one I would possibly be happier. Alt: If i could marry this man I would probably not get any happier. :D
